By accessing and using the Unlearn Academy website (unlearnacademy.in) and enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Course enrolment

Enrolment in any Unlearn Academy course is confirmed only upon receipt of the enrolment fee as specified in the fee structure at the time of joining. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis per cohort.

Progression from one level to the next (e.g., L1 to L2) is based on performance and mentor assessment, not solely on completion of the prior level. Unlearn Academy reserves the right to recommend that a student repeat a level before progressing.

3. Intellectual property

All course materials, curricula, resources, and content provided by Unlearn Academy are the intellectual property of Unlearn Academy / Adsomia. Students may use these materials for personal learning purposes only. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing course materials outside the programme without written permission is prohibited.

4. Student conduct

Students are expected to treat mentors, staff, and fellow students with respect. Unlearn Academy reserves the right to remove any student from a cohort for conduct that disrupts the learning environment or violates these terms, without refund.

Work produced during L2 Agency Training may involve real client information. Students agree to maintain confidentiality of all client data encountered during the programme.

5. Placement and outcomes

Unlearn Academy supports graduates in finding employment through its placement network. However, placement outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Salary figures and career outcomes referenced on our website represent actual graduate outcomes and are not guarantees of individual results.

6. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to other users. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

Unlearn Academy provides information on this website in good faith. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information on this site, or for any interruption or unavailability of the website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Unlearn Academy services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Trivandrum, Kerala.
