Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your decision to join Unlearn Academy. This policy explains our refund process clearly so there are no surprises.
Cancellation before the batch starts
If you cancel your enrolment at least 7 days before the batch start date, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid, minus a processing fee of ₹500.
If you cancel within 7 days of the batch start date but before the batch begins, 50% of the fees paid will be refunded.
Cancellation after the batch starts
Once a batch has started, fees are non-refundable. This is because cohort sizes are capped (maximum 15 students at L2) and your seat cannot be reallocated after the programme begins.
In exceptional circumstances (medical emergency or similar), please contact us directly at hello@unlearnacademy.in. We handle such cases on a case-by-case basis with empathy.
Deferral
If you are unable to attend your enrolled batch, you may request a one-time deferral to the next available batch at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the batch start date. Deferrals are subject to seat availability in the next cohort.
EMI payments
If you are on the EMI plan (50% on enrolment, 50% after Month 1), the first instalment is subject to the cancellation terms above. The second instalment is due only if you are still enrolled at the start of Month 2.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or deferral, email us at hello@unlearnacademy.in with your full name, enrolled course, and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
