The registration or seat-booking fee is non-refundable once paid. It secures your place in the upcoming batch and covers administrative costs.
Before batch start: Full refund of course fees (excluding registration fee) if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the batch start date.
Within 7 days of batch start: 50% refund of course fees paid, subject to review.
After 7 days from batch start: No refund will be issued once the course has commenced and materials/access have been provided.
If you are unable to attend your enrolled batch, you may transfer to the next available batch once at no extra charge, subject to seat availability. Subsequent transfers may incur an administrative fee.
Email hello@unlearnacademy.in with your name, enrolled course, and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with course content that was accurately described before enrolment, or for absences due to personal scheduling conflicts after the batch has started.
